At a statuesque 5’11”, she already has the advantage of looking more willowy then some of her petite peers.
But Minnie Driver certainly looked like she was living up to her name on Friday, despite her tall frame.
The 42-year-old looked extremely thin as she loaded up on some home essentials in the Los Feliz area of Los Angeles.

The actress was spotted leaving Gelson’s supermarket, struggling to carry her purchases back to her car.
Dressed casually in a pair of dark skinny jeans and a grey vest, the star kept her thick brown tresses tied back in a ponytail and donned trainers on her feet.
Cover her eyes up in large sunglasses, it was clear the busy mother was not prepared to be noticed by fans of her on-screen performances.

It seems while Driver - who appeared at the Veuve Cliquot Polo Classic event last week - has been busy balancing her career with single motherhood, her body has been quickly slimming down.
Even though she was carrying piles of paper towels with her large handbag on one arm and a retail bag in the other, her flat stomach and little legs were very noticeable.
A make-up free Minnie also appeared rather worn out as an image of her ageing and dehydrated skin was captured while she had no help stocking up for her household.

The lone parent – who is gearing up to begin filming a new motion picture called Stage Fright, where she plays a haunted actress – revealed earlier this year that her son Henry’s father is Scotland-born producer Timothy Jonathan Lea.
A fed up Driver said of her decision to keep his identity a secret for so long: ‘He can fend for himself.
He's a grown-up. We weren't together and he wasn't directly in the business so I chose to protect him and not have a rain of publicity. He's not famous. There's no big story.’
Asked if he was a good dad, Minnie replied, ‘Sort of. He's figuring it out... I mean, he hasn't been that involved, his choice. But he is now.’
